Data we store. The name/pseudonym, optional full name, photo, Royal Message, social handles and links you enter, the amount paid, the country of the card used (for the flag), the payment reference, basic campaign tags (UTM) from the link you arrived through, the email address you provide at checkout, and the certificate images generated for you. We do not store card numbers — payments are processed entirely by Stripe.
Purpose. Displaying the public list, certificates and their public pages, delivering your certificate by email, and complying with accounting obligations.
Public display. Name, handle, flag, certificate number and amount are public by design — that is the service. Your email is never public.
Stripe. Payment data is processed by Stripe, Inc. as an independent processor. See stripe.com/privacy.
Your rights. You may request removal of your public entry (payments remain non-refundable) by contacting us.
